Orders
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Stock is subject to availability. We confirm orders via WhatsApp or email.
Custom cakes
A 50% deposit is required to confirm custom cake orders. Cancellations within 48 hours of the collection date are non-refundable. Design tweaks are welcome up to 72 hours before.
Catering
Catering bookings require a 50% deposit and final guest numbers 5 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit; within 48 hours, 100% of the quote applies.
Delivery
We deliver across Rosebank, Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Fourways and Melville. Delivery is free over R450. Risk of loss passes upon successful delivery to the address provided.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product but will guide you carefully — please disclose allergies when ordering.
Refunds
If something isn't right, please tell us within 24 hours and we'll either replace it or refund — no fuss.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where prohibited by law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by South African law and the courts of Johannesburg have exclusive jurisdiction.
